What Does This Actually Mean?

As a member of multiple affiliate programs, I’ll sometimes earn a commission for purchases made through links I provide.

If you buy an item after using one of my links you won’t pay a penny more than normal.

I understand this can leave room for bias in my content, but as a cyclist who’s had multiple bikes stolen and been through many useless cycling accessories, I don’t recommend products based on the potential financial gain.

All of the products I recommend, I’ve tested and used so that you can be sure they’re not a waste of time.

I created BikeLockWiki because there was very little in terms of reliable bicycle security content available online and I wanted to change this.

I strive to create in-depth and honest reviews for the cycling community, so that other riders have a better understanding of products on the market.

If you have any questions or recommendations regarding this, don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Understanding how devastating it is to have a bike stolen, I've researched & immersed myself in the world of bicycle security since 2013.

I then built BikeLockWiki in 2019 to share everything I'd learned with the worldwide cycling community so that cyclists can improve their bike security skills and make informed decisions when purchasing new products and services.
